Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Ability to stand for long periods
Ability to bend, stretch, reach frequently
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Understanding of state and federal alcohol service regulations
Strong basic math skills for cash handling
Availability to work varied and flexible schedules including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

Two or more years' bartending experience
Accurate cashier skills
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Self-directed while working in a team-oriented setting
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and long hours
Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
Bartending school or certifications preferred or comparable large venue/event alcohol service experience

Job Duties

Oversee inventory management
Ensure compliance with alcohol service policies
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
Deliver high-quality guest service
Execute set-up and closing procedures and paperwork
Handle cash accurately and manage bar bank
De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and coordinate with management
