Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous supervisory experience preferred
knowledge of state and federal alcohol regulations
physical ability to stand for extended periods
ability to bend, stretch, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds
basic math skills
responsible cash handling
strong guest service orientation
reliable attendance
ability to follow safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

Two or more years bartending experience
accurate cashier skills
ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
ability to work independently and in a team
excellent interpersonal and communication skills
flexible availability including nights, weekends, and long hours
ability to lift 50 pounds or more
bartending school or certification preferred or comparable large venue alcohol service experience

Job Duties

Oversee inventory management
ensure compliance with alcohol service policies
maintain cleanliness and safety standards
deliver exceptional guest service
prepare food and beverage items accurately
participate in set-up and closing procedures
resolve operational problems with managerial support
