The company prides itself on upholding the highest standards of service, safety, and quality, ensuring that every event runs smoothly with an attentive and well-prepared concessions staff.

The Concessions Bar Back is responsible for the vital task of keeping the concessions bar fully stocked and operational throughout events. Working closely with bartenders and other venue staff, this role demands punctuality, a strong work ethic, and excellent physical stamina since it involves frequent movement of stock, cleaning, and maintenance activities. The working schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays aligned with the event calendar, thus offering a flexible and varied work environment. This position is compensated with an hourly wage ranging between $18.00 and $19.00 and is eligible for tips, providing an attractive earning potential for motivated individuals.

Beyond the immediate task of restocking, the Concessions Bar Back plays a crucial role in maintaining hygiene and safety standards, ensuring that all health regulations concerning alcohol dispensing and food handling are strictly observed. The company also supports part-time positions with benefits such as a 401(k) savings plan and matching, underscoring its commitment to employee welfare and professional growth.

Employment in this role demands physical endurance, including the ability to lift heavy items like kegs and move supplies quickly during busy events. The work may take place both indoors and outdoors, exposing employees to diverse weather conditions, and therefore requiring adaptability and a strong dedication to safety. This environment fosters a proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork, offering a valuable experience for individuals aspiring to grow within the food and beverage service industry or event management fields.

Overall, the Concessions Bar Back position offers not just an opportunity to earn an hourly wage and tips but also to become part of a reputable company with a supportive culture, competitive compensation, and a chance to engage in the vibrant atmosphere that accompanies live events and large-scale gatherings.
