The role of Concessions Supervisor at Legends Global is a vital position responsible for the overall operations of concessions stands within the venues they manage. Reporting directly to management, the Concessions Supervisor plays a leadership role by overseeing Stand Managers and Stand Workers and ensuring all concession, portable, and bar operations run smoothly during events. This part-time, seasonal position is based on-site at Angel Stadium in Anaheim, California, offering a competitive hourly wage of $25.00. The supervisor is the key figure in implementing company policies and maintaining high standards throughout the event. Duties encompass inventory management, maintaining a clean and organized stand environment, ensuring compliance with health and alcohol regulations, and leading a team to deliver exceptional guest service. The role demands excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work under pressure, and the flexibility to work extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
This supervisory role also requires a hands-on approach where the supervisor is expected to fill in any position within the location if necessary. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to obtain CA Food Handlers Certification
- Must be able to obtain RBS alcohol Certification
- Must be willing to work hours that vary according to the event schedule
- Must be able to work at a fast pace
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to move and transport full beer kegs
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience within food and beverage
- Prior supervisory experience is helpful
- Ability to work long periods of standing walking and lifting
- Ability to remain calm under stressful situations
- Ability to smile and maintain positive body language
- Provide positive guest service consistently
- Ability to make generalizations evaluations and decisions without immediate supervision
- Ability to accept and carry out responsibilities for directions

Job Duties
- Report for scheduled events on time in proper uniform with neat and clean personal appearance
- Maintain a friendly positive attitude and professional demeanor always
- Attend preshift meetings before every event
- Analyze and resolve all problems that occur and proactively foresee potential issues
- Accurately double-check Stand Managers beginning and ending inventory
- Utilize a tablet to input adjustments and transfers during events
- Work with staff to control spoilage and waste and ensure products meet Board of Health regulations
- Ensure workstations back-of-stand and storerooms are clean and adequately stocked
- Order replacement stock as necessary
- Ensure all required paperwork is properly filled out and signed
- Replace empty kegs with full ones
- Maintain quality appearance of the concession location
- Enforce correct alcohol policies and procedures
- Assist in cleaning equipment and organizing stock at closing
- Be knowledgeable of all positions and fill any position in the location if needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
