Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Basic knowledge of cash handling procedures
- Basic knowledge of concession and cafeteria operations
- ServSafe certification required with alcohol service training
- Professional communication skills necessary
- Ability to work well within a team
- Problem solving and organizational skills required
- Ability to perform fast and accurate money handling
- Ability to follow directions precisely
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in English reading, writing, and speaking
- Must maintain a professional attitude and appearance
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Ability to stand for long periods, walk and navigate stairs
- Ability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds repeatedly
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Basic working knowledge of cash handling procedures
- Basic working knowledge of concession/cafeteria operations
- Must be ServSafe Certified (have alcohol service training)
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Must have problem solving abilities, be self-motivated and organized
- Must have sufficient math ability to accurately count money and make change quickly
- Ability to follow directions and effectively perform the work
- Ability to work flexible hours including daytime, evening, weekends and holidays, as needed
- Ability to read, write and speak in English
- Hold a professional attitude and appearance
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- General cleaning and upkeep of stand
- Maintains accurate accounting of all cash and inventory on assigned concession stand
- Performs location worker assignments
- Maintains safe working conditions and sanitary work area for employees
- Plans for daily sales flow based on projections
- Plans for peak hour sales and makes change requirements known to the Concession Lead
- Maintains accurate cash handling procedures at all times
- Follows all rules and regulations of Food and Beverage
- Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor
