Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Six months experience in a food and beverage or warehouse environment preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Physical ability to maneuver around the venue including walking and standing for 8-10 hours or more
- Ability to climb stairs
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds or more
- Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, and squatting
- Ability to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Six months experience in a food and beverage or warehouse environment preferred
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Exceptional hospitality and customer service skills, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
- Desire to work as a team
- Ability to make professional, independent, and good judgment decisions within proper policy and procedures
- ServSafe and TIPS certification a plus
Job Duties
- Transfer product to concession stands and carts while complying with inventory procedures
- Setup product in stands, rotate stock and inventory, and prepare for future events
- Help receive, unload, and store deliveries
- Stock, clean, and organize the commissary, stands, and surge areas
- Assist in pre-event setup through various duties and assist in post event breakdown
- Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and stocked work area following sanitation standards
- Provide total guest satisfaction through skilled and capable service in accordance with New York State laws and company policies
