- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to communicate and share information with diverse customers and peers
- ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- ability to work flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- frequent use of technology including handheld equipment and cash register
