Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age to prepare and sell alcoholic beverages
- Able to stand and walk for 6 hours
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Availability to work overtime, late hours, and holidays if needed
- Must wear appropriate uniform at all times
- Must possess or be willing to obtain ABC “LEAD” certification
- Must have a food handler’s card
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills

- At least one year of relevant work experience
- ABC “LEAD” certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Food handler’s card

- Ability to follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Familiarity with California Alcohol and Beverage Control laws
Job Duties
- Selling a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages during events
- Pouring sodas, beer, wine, bottled water, and other beverages
- Providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Counting cash accurately and making correct change quickly
- Ensuring compliance with all State and Federal alcohol serving policies
- Stocking bar items as needed
- Setting up, cleaning, and breaking down workstations
- Handling and cleaning all bar equipment properly
- Following sanitation procedures and OSHA safety requirements
- Maintaining and balancing individual cash banks
- Following opening and closing procedures to ensure areas are secure and sanitary
- Attending safety meetings as required
