Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending experience preferred
- able to obtain alcohol service certification
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a bartender preferred
- knowledge of bartending principles, recipes, and current trends
- able to obtain Aramark and state/local required alcohol service certifications
- excellent guest service and interpersonal skills
- strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- accuracy and attention to detail
- ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds
- enjoys working in a fast-paced and fun environment
- available to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet guests and take orders
- process cash and credit card transactions
- mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- adhere to alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines
- check patrons' identification for legal alcohol consumption
- adhere to cash handling policies
- set up and break down workstations including cleaning and sanitizing
- take inventory counts and maintain stock levels
- provide excellent guest service
- anticipate guest needs
- maintain positive demeanor towards guests and co-workers
- ensure security of company assets
- perform other duties as assigned by manager
