The role of the Bartender at Aramark is critical in delivering outstanding guest service from the moment guests arrive until they leave the establishment. Bartenders are responsible for preparing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as requested by guests, including mixing cocktails, pouring wine, and serving beer. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending experience preferred
- able to obtain alcohol service certification
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a bartender preferred
- knowledge of bartending principles, recipes, and current trends
- able to obtain Aramark and state/local required alcohol service certifications
- excellent guest service and interpersonal skills
- strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
