Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to perform tasks involving kneeling, bending, reaching, climbing, standing for long periods
- Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies over 30 pounds

- Previous customer service, hospitality, or guest relations experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for creating an inviting and welcoming environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a smile
- Proficiency in basic math skills and cash handling

- Ability to kneel, bend, reach, climb, and stand for long durations
- Ability to move and lift equipment and supplies of 30+ pounds
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and positive attitude
- Prepare and serve a variety of concession items including popcorn, nachos, and beverages
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Keep concession areas clean, organized, and stocked with products
- Assist in maintaining a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests
