Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- MAST Class 12 Permit and Food Handlers card required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Fitness to be licensed, permitted, and/or certified by state or local regulatory bodies
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Hospitality Management, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years administrative support role experience preferably in hospitality
- Proven project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office including Excel and MS Visio
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Professional demeanor for working with diverse international partners and internal teams
- History of responsible use of alcohol and ability to be licensed or certified by regulatory bodies
Job Duties
- Effective and concise communication across multiple departments and locations
- Serve as the main contact for outside event vendors and agencies
- Handle wine sample ordering and coordination
- Manage scheduling and timeline troubleshooting
- Coordinate event menus and AV needs
- Manage VIP Reception activities along with concert team
- Interface with creative and digital departments for print and web projects
