Currently, KDC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compounder (Mixing & Batching) to join their kdc/one Groveport team on a full-time basis. The starting pay for this role ranges from $20 to $25 per hour. As a Compounder, you will play a crucial role in blending raw ingredients and fine-tuning formulas that bring bulk products to life for some of the top beauty and personal care brands. This hands-on role involves measuring and staging raw materials, operating batching tanks and mixers with precision, conducting quality checks, and ensuring all processes meet exact specifications. The position requires a strong attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality products.

The Compounder’s responsibilities extend to cleaning and sanitizing equipment to maintain compliance, collecting samples for in-process lab testing with appropriate adjustments, and documenting all production activities using SAP to keep inventory accurate and up to date. Collaboration with maintenance teams for equipment calibration and upkeep is also an important aspect of the role. Candidates must be prepared to work safely in a fast-paced environment that involves exposure to wet and chemical-friendly conditions.
