Job Requirements
- High school diploma/GED with heavy knowledge on math and reading
- Experience in compounding, pre-weigh, or processing preferred
- Basic knowledge of GMP, OSHA, and PPE usage
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and stand for long periods
- Comfort working around hot water, cleaners, and industrial equipment
- Attention to detail and teamwork skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in compounding, pre-weigh, or processing preferred
- Basic knowledge of GMP and OSHA standards
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment correctly
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties
- Stage and measure raw materials to create batches of bulk product
- Operate batching tanks, mixers, and equipment to exact specifications
- Conduct visual quality checks and report anything unusual
- Clean and sanitize equipment to keep everything shiny and compliant
- Collect in-process samples for lab testing and adjust as needed
- Document everything in SAP to keep inventory squeaky clean
- Partner with maintenance teams on calibrations and upkeep
- Work safely in a fast-paced, wet, and chemical-friendly environment
