Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in hotel reservations or group sales preferred
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel reservation systems
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • fluency in English
  • attention to detail
  • ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

Job Qualifications

  • prior experience in reservations or group sales in the hospitality industry preferred
  • strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • excellent communication and customer service skills
  • fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy setting
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel reservation systems

Job Duties

  • coordinate group reservations effectively to meet client needs
  • assist front office with pre-registration of VIPs and preferred accounts
  • prepare and update 10-day forecast reports regularly
  • generate and manage Group Commitment reports
  • communicate clearly with sales and events teams to ensure all reservation details are accurate and complete
  • provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
  • prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment
