We are currently seeking a Reservations Group Coordinator to join our esteemed team. This role is specifically designed for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic professional who will support our group reservation needs by closely collaborating with the sales and events teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating group reservations, ensuring accurate documentation and clear communication of all reservation details. Additional responsibilities include assisting the Front Office staff with the pre-registration of VIP guests and preferred accounts, as well as supporting the preparation of the 10-day forecast and Group Commitment report. This opportunity provides a dynamic, fast-paced environment where exceptional customer service is paramount, and you will be instrumental in helping deliver unforgettable moments to our guests. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hotel reservations or group sales preferred
- proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel reservation systems
- strong organizational and communication skills
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- fluency in English
- attention to detail
- ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
