The hotel enjoys a prime location just two blocks from Nashville's iconic Broadway, known for its rich music heritage and energetic atmosphere, making it an exceptional place for guests seeking a blend of culture, comfort, and convenience. AC Hotel Nashville Downtown is notably recognized as the world's first-ever Tribrand Marriott property, featuring three distinct Marriott experiences under one roof. This distinctive setup includes the stylish and modern European-inspired AC Hotels with 209 rooms, the extended-stay comfort of Residence Inn offering 172 rooms, and the spacious and stylish suites of SpringHill Suites, which provide 125 rooms tailored for the modern traveler. Together, these three brands create a comprehensive and versatile lodging experience for a wide variety of guests.

The role of Complex Associate Director of Sales at AC Hotel Nashville Downtown offers an exciting career opportunity for strategic, results-driven sales professionals with a passion for hospitality and business development. This full-time management position is integral to the hotel's success, focusing on the development and execution of comprehensive revenue strategies that drive new business while supporting and enhancing the effectiveness of the sales team. The position involves managing sales-related activities for the property, with a key goal to maximize and exceed revenue targets for both rooms and event spaces. With over 506 rooms and more than 5,000 square feet of meeting space, the hotel demands a dynamic sales approach to capitalize on its considerable capacity and prime location.

Building and nurturing strong business relationships across diverse market segments is a critical function, as is retaining existing clients while seeking opportunities for growth to enhance profitability. The position also involves leadership responsibilities, including coaching sales team members and stepping in for the Corporate Director of Sales when required to develop and execute strategic initiatives. Employees in this role can expect a supportive environment with a performance-driven career path, including prospects for promotion to Complex Director of Sales within 12 to 18 months.

Competitive compensation aligned with experience and qualifications is offered, alongside a range of benefits including travel discounts, medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401k match program, and paid time off after 90 days.
