Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- dependable and punctual
- valid Nevada Driver's License
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- availability to rotate between two store locations

Job Duties
- Greet and assist walk-in customers
- demonstrate a positive personality and strong commitment to customer and associate satisfaction
- provide outstanding customer service
- obtain or receive merchandise requested or selected by customers
- stock shelves, counters, or tables with merchandise
- answer customer questions about merchandise and offer suggestions
- keep the store and showroom clean and orderly
- cashier and stock merchandise
- place and verify orders to restock storage room
- ensure inventory levels are maintained and stored correctly
- communicate effectively with team members
- coordinate with corporate warehouse regarding merchandise quality or quantity issues
- maintain knowledge of sales, promotions, payment and exchange policies, as well as security risks
- assist with projects assigned by Merchandise Manager
