The role available is that of an Assistant Outlet Manager Support, focusing on supporting the Outlet Manager in ensuring a clean and inviting environment within the hotel’s dining areas, as well as providing consistently excellent guest service. This position is pivotal in maintaining the operational standards of the hotel's dining services by quickly clearing and resetting tables, managing station cleanliness and stock for all meal periods, assisting guests during breakfast service, and ensuring dishware is properly transported for cleaning. This hourly position offers a competitive pay rate of $23.00 per hour with no tipping or discretionary performance bonuses involved. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a hospitality or food service environment preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to push or move goods on a hand cart or truck weighing up to 150 lbs with or without accommodations
- Effective communication skills
- Reliability with compliance to attendance and scheduling
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service ware
- Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry or otherwise transport up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to move or push goods on a hand cart/truck weighing a maximum of 150 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences including supervisors, coworkers, and the public
Job Duties
- Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting
- Promptly and consistently reset all service ware
- Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods including silverware, linen and condiments
- Take care of guests with their breakfast experience and replenish as necessary
- Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning
- Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis
- Perform any other job related duties as assigned
