Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the country of store location
- Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional early mornings or late nights
- Minimum one year cumulative experience in customer service, engagement, or community building
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent or above
- Minimum one year of experience in customer service, grassroots marketing, brand engagement, or community building
- Experience building or maintaining relationships with clients, groups, or partners
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusion and diversity
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Capacity for self-leadership and continuous learning
Job Duties
- Collaborate with store leadership to implement community strategy through community foundations and guest experience
- Establish and manage local key relationships with ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studio owners, and partner studios to increase guest acquisition and retention
- Engage with the local community to identify future ambassador or partner opportunities
- Connect with guests on the floor to assess their needs and provide technical product education
- Attend, support, and host local and regional community events
- Execute product seeding strategy through community partners and ambassadors
- Review community relevant business data and share insights with store leadership
