Job Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to the assigned store
- Ability to work varying schedules including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to work early mornings or late nights/overnights during peak periods or special events
- Minimum 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or related fields
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement, or community building
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment and independently
- Demonstrates integrity, inclusiveness, and collaboration
- Open to learning and personal growth
- Effective planning and organizational skills
- Proficient with basic computer and technical devices
Job Duties
- Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy to life through community foundations and guest experience
- Establish and manage local key relationships with Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studio owners, and lululemon Studio partner studios to increase new guest acquisition and retention
- Engage with the local community to identify future Ambassador or partner opportunities and enhance the store's standing as a community hub
- Connect with guests on the floor to assess their unique needs, provide technical product education, and integrate omnichannel programs seamlessly
- Attend, support, and/or host local and regional Community events
- Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors
- Review community relevant business data and share insights and recommendations with store leadership
- Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences
