Job Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
  • Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation methods
  • Availability to work varied schedules including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Flexibility to work early mornings or late nights/overnights during peak timeframes or special events
  • At least 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service, engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent or above
  • Minimum of 1 year cumulative experience in customer service, engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement, or community building
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, groups, or partners
  • Strong communication skills to support guest and community interactions
  • Demonstrated inclusion and diversity awareness
  • Experience motivating team members and collaborating effectively
  • Ability to plan and organize work efficiently
  • Learner mindset with openness to feedback and self-development

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with store leadership to bring community strategy through pillars of community foundations and guest experience to life
  • Establish and manage local key relationships with ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studio owners, and lululemon studio partner studios to increase new guest acquisition and retention
  • Engage with the local community to identify future ambassador or partner opportunities and increase the store's standing as a community hub
  • Connect with guests on the floor to assess unique needs, provide technical product education, and incorporate omnichannel programs into a seamless end-to-end guest experience
  • Attend, support, and/or host local and regional community events
  • Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and ambassadors
  • Review community relevant business data and metrics to identify and share insights and recommendations with store leadership regarding community events, projects, or initiatives
  • Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences to ensure a supportive, productive, and fun experience for all team members
