Job Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
- Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation methods
- Availability to work varied schedules including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Flexibility to work early mornings or late nights/overnights during peak timeframes or special events
- At least 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service, engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent or above
- Minimum of 1 year cumulative experience in customer service, engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement, or community building
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, groups, or partners
- Strong communication skills to support guest and community interactions

Job Duties
- Collaborate with store leadership to bring community strategy through pillars of community foundations and guest experience to life
- Establish and manage local key relationships with ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studio owners, and lululemon studio partner studios to increase new guest acquisition and retention
- Engage with the local community to identify future ambassador or partner opportunities and increase the store's standing as a community hub
- Connect with guests on the floor to assess unique needs, provide technical product education, and incorporate omnichannel programs into a seamless end-to-end guest experience
- Attend, support, and/or host local and regional community events
- Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and ambassadors
- Review community relevant business data and metrics to identify and share insights and recommendations with store leadership regarding community events, projects, or initiatives
- Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences to ensure a supportive, productive, and fun experience for all team members
