Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in sociology, social sciences, recreation, public administration, business administration, or a related field
- Five years of increasingly responsible and relevant work experience
- Five years of experience in a supervisor level position or higher
- Valid California Driver’s License
- Ability to work in a standard office setting using office equipment including computers
- Vision to read printed materials and computer screens
- Hearing and speech to communicate in person and by phone
- Primarily sedentary with some standing and walking
- Rarely lifting items over 20 pounds
- Ability to work in an office environment with moderate noise and controlled temperatures
