We are currently hiring a Community Resources Coordinator at Brooksby Village who will play a key role in enhancing resident engagement within the independent living community. This position is entry to mid-level, offering ample opportunities for professional growth and career advancement. The Coordinator will serve as a vital resource in organizing activities and social organizations that contribute to the residents' quality of life and sense of community. Acting as the welcome home ambassador, this role ensures new residents feel at ease and integrated from the moment they arrive.

The Community Resources Coordinator manages the calendar bookings for all meeting spaces, ensuring efficient use of communal areas and seamless scheduling of events. Handling resident inquiries professionally, this role serves as an information hub, addressing questions and facilitating communication between residents and staff regarding activities. Additionally, the Coordinator will work closely with residents in planning, promoting, and coordinating an array of activities and events, thereby fostering an active and vibrant community spirit.

This position offers competitive compensation commensurate with experience, ranging from $21 to $25 per hour, reflecting the importance of the role in maintaining an engaging living environment. The Coordinator is also responsible for producing promotional materials such as flyers and articles for community bulletins and coordinating audio/visual equipment for presentations, enhancing the quality of events organized within the community.
