  • Bachelor's in relevant field and 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills

  • web-based course design and implementation

  • excellent problem-solving skills
  • excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • able to function independently and as part of a team
  • ability to work in an interruptive office environment

  • ability to take initiative

Job Qualifications

  • conduct community outreach and engagement
  • coordinate events
  • collect and report data
  • manage program logistics
  • develop program policies and procedures
  • implement program operations and workflow
  • recommend process improvements
  • communicate with faculty and staff about program policies and procedures
