The role of Front Desk Receptionist at Benchmark Senior Living is pivotal as the first point of contact for residents, their families, potential residents, staff, visitors, and community contacts. The Front Desk Receptionist manages various responsibilities including greeting visitors immediately upon arrival, handling phone calls efficiently and courteously, and acting as a concierge for residents with tasks such as calling taxis or managing cable services. Additionally, this role supports computer processing duties and maintains the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area. - possesses expert knowledge of telephone system and capable of teaching others

- Greets visitors immediately upon arrival
- professionally handles all phone calls and routes callers or answers questions in a timely and courteous manner
- offers refreshments to visitors where applicable
- manages doctor appointment book and beauty appointment book
- manages beauty and barber appointment book
- acts as concierge for residents calling taxis handling telephone and/or cable problems checking newspaper deliveries
- keeps lobby clean and neat free of clutter and trash
