Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in groundskeeping, janitorial, or general maintenance is a plus
- Familiar with basic landscaping and cleaning tools/equipment
- Able to work independently, take direction, and manage time efficiently
- Takes pride in creating a clean, orderly environment
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Reliable, punctual, and respectful in interactions with residents and teammates
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, and reach for long periods
- Frequent lifting, pushing, or pulling of up to 50 lbs
- Use of manual and powered cleaning and landscaping equipment
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Visual acuity for reading screens, signage, and safety information

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas including the leasing office, clubhouse, fitness center, laundry room, mail room, and pool areas
- Perform daily trash pickup throughout the property and around dumpster areas
- Sweep, pressure wash, and blow walkways, stairwells, and parking lots
- Assist with light landscaping such as watering, weeding, and raking
- Clean patios and remove debris from vacant units during turn prep
- Support the maintenance team with light tasks such as changing bulbs, minor repairs, event setup
- Report safety issues, maintenance needs, or unusual activity promptly
- Keep tools and supplies organized and stored properly
- Promote and follow safe work practices in line with OSHA and company policies
- Pitch in where needed to support day-to-day operations
