The role available is an external marketing position within the healthcare sector, offering a unique opportunity for a self-motivated and experienced individual to contribute significantly to the agency’s growth. This position requires a driven person who can act independently and excels at creating new contacts and expanding the network of referral sources. The candidate will be involved in generating community referrals to meet company goals, obtaining referrals from both new and existing sources, and tracking the development of referral relationships. They will also be responsible for coordinating and running events focused on health and wellness, as well as managing their own schedules effectively. Success in this role is tied to the ability to close leads and build robust partnerships with hospitals, nursing homes, community organizations, clinics, and physician practices.

The position is full-time and offers a competitive base salary ranging between $65,000 and $70,000 annually, with additional commission and bonus incentives based on performance. The role includes submitting weekly reports to management to track progress and ensure accountability. Candidates will have the chance to attend various community events and health fairs across Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. Job Requirements
