Job Requirements

Completion of in-house training within the first 90 days of employment
enjoys the work they do and demonstrates a pleasant demeanor on the job
exhibits behavior consistent with the Vision, Mission, and Core Values of the company
able to work independently and as part of a team
physically capable of performing groundskeeping duties

Job Qualifications

High School graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
one to two years related experience preferred but not necessary
certified pool operator (CPO) desired
well-organized and self-starter who can work efficiently with little supervision

Job Duties

Provide service to residents in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner
walk the entire property daily picking up all debris and trash, operating the compactor, and emptying all common area trash cans
keep curbs and speed breakers painted and in good repair
maintain and clean the pool and pool area
assist in other duties as assigned by the service manager
