Job Requirements

  • Minimum five years of on-site property management experience
  • Experience overseeing staff
  • Proficiency in Yardi and CRM systems
  • Bilingual English and Spanish
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and motivate a team

Job Duties

  • Ensure your community’s operations run as smoothly as possible
  • Display a driven desire and passion to give residents a better living experience
  • Provide guidance when residents have any problems, remain calm and use good judgment to find solutions
  • Relate well to all types of personalities
  • Share priorities with your team to make sure they follow protocol and keep residents loving their community life
  • Set goals to challenge your team, while also holding yourself accountable for their success
  • Demonstrate the ability to maintain high occupancy, retain residents, and increase net operating income
