Job Description

Cedar Ridge Behavioral Hospital, a prominent UHS facility, is dedicated to providing comprehensive inpatient and residential treatment services for youth aged 5-17, alongside inpatient, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient services for adults 18 and older. Situated on a beautifully wooded campus, this 206-bed acute psychiatric hospital and residential treatment center offers a structured and supportive environment designed to promote self-acceptance and stability for patients facing acute psychiatric illnesses. The multidisciplinary treatment teams at Cedar Ridge consist of psychiatrists, licensed therapists, and highly specialized nurses who collaborate closely to develop and execute personalized, effective, and compassionate treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs. The hospital campus boasts amenities such as a stocked pond, school, gym, outdoor courtyard, and playground, creating a therapeutic milieu that supports holistic recovery.

The Community Liaison/Account Manager role at Cedar Ridge Behavioral Hospital is a pivotal remote position within the child and adolescent facility. This role acts as the essential link between the hospital, the community, and referral sources across Texas and neighboring states. The successful candidate will work a flexible schedule with the willingness to undertake travel, including overnight trips, to foster relationships with referring agencies and enhance awareness of the hospital’s services. Charged with implementing ethical marketing principles and strategic sales plans, the Community Liaison cultivates demand for Cedar Ridge’s behavioral health services, effectively managing assigned accounts and contributing substantially to the hospital’s business development goals. Reporting directly to the Business Development Director, this position requires a professional and positive public representation of the facility’s brand, enhancing the hospital’s image within its designated territory. Responsibilities encompass the creation and execution of marketing strategies, account management to sustain and grow referral networks, and the diligent adherence to the hospital’s mission, values, policies, and behavioral standards.
