Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of property management experience
- Proven leadership skills
- Ability to work onsite for full shifts
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds regularly
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operating systems
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate
- College degree preferred but not required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property management or related fields
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Proficient in office products and Windows and Apple operating systems
- Experience leasing in student housing preferred
- Strong background in social media marketing
- Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools
- Experience with Entrata software or similar property management software
Job Duties
- Lead and supervise all leasing staff, ensuring optimal team performance and development
- Provide guidance and support to leasing office staff, including training, performance management, and addressing any issues or concerns
- Formulate strategies and organize in-house and external marketing events
- Ensure timely completion of all leasing and marketing reports
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements
- Uphold brand and company standards, ensuring property presentation is exceptional
- Collaborate with the Property Manager on special projects and assignments
- Complete all assigned HR/People Operations-related tasks
- Work full shifts onsite and manage required work schedules
- Be available for additional hours including evenings and weekends
- Assist with move-outs, turn, and move-ins beyond normal hours
- Lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
