Job Description

This faith-based non-profit organization located in Sherman, TX is committed to serving the community by providing nutritious meals to those in need. We are currently seeking a Community Kitchen Cook specializing in large-group meals. This role is critical in ensuring that all meals are prepared in a timely and hygienic manner, meeting nutritional standards and the volume demands of large groups. The cook will be responsible not only for meal preparation but also for maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen, managing food inventory, and assisting in kitchen operations. Working closely with a team dedicated to service, the ideal candidate will bring experience in cooking for large groups, the physical ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, and the certifications required to handle food safely.
