Emergency Physicians Professional Association (EPPA), established in 1969, is a physician-owned and governed group that emphasizes a culture of mutual respect and camaraderie. With a legacy spanning over fifty years, EPPA boasts a team of more than 300 board-certified emergency physicians and advanced practice clinicians, including physician assistants and nurse practitioners. The association provides expert emergency care throughout the Twin Cities, St. Cloud, and various rural locations across Minnesota. EPPA also owns and staffs four Urgency Room locations within the Twin Cities metro area, further reinforcing its commitment to accessible and high-quality emergency healthcare services.

Job Requirements
- Reliable personal vehicle available for transporting event materials
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependability and punctuality
- Ability to work independently in offsite settings

- Ability to engage comfortably with diverse community members

Job Duties
- Serve as a brand ambassador for The Urgency Room at community events
- Promote brand awareness and educate community members about services
- Foster positive interactions reflecting The Urgency Room’s values and commitment to care
- Support event logistics including transportation, setup, and breakdown of materials
- Create engaging and welcoming presences at outreach events
- Represent the organization professionally and enthusiastically
- Assist with event coordination and execution
