Southern 441 Toyota, located in Royal Palm Beach, Florida, is a fast-growing and customer-focused automotive dealership committed to providing exceptional service and quality vehicles to the local community. Known for its dedication to customer satisfaction and community involvement, Southern 441 Toyota has established itself as a trusted name in the automotive retail sector. With a strong reputation for excellence, the dealership prioritizes building long-term relationships with customers and maintaining a welcoming environment for both buyers and employees. The dealership offers a diverse range of new and pre-owned Toyota vehicles, a comprehensive service center, parts department, and financing options, making it a one-stop destination for all automotive needs.
The role of Community Event Coordinator at Southern 441 Toyota is a unique and impactful revenue-producing marketing position designed for motivated and results-driven individuals passionate about community engagement and business growth. This role goes beyond traditional administrative duties; it is focused on generating measurable business results through strategic community involvement, partnerships, and event management. The Community Event Coordinator is responsible for creating, executing, and tracking professional events both on-site and off-site that align with dealership goals to drive vehicle sales, service appointments, and overall revenue growth.
In this position, the coordinator will actively build and nurture relationships with a wide array of community stakeholders, including local businesses, educational institutions, nonprofits, corporate and fleet accounts, as well as government agencies such as police and sheriff's offices. By representing the dealership with professionalism and consistency, the coordinator plays a key role in reinforcing Southern 441 Toyota's market presence and reputation.
The role demands a high-energy individual who thrives on networking, business development, and direct contribution to the dealership’s bottom line. The successful candidate will possess strong relationship-building skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to work independently with a sense of urgency and accountability. The position requires flexible availability since events may occur during evenings and weekends, and the candidate must reside within driving distance of the dealership as remote work is not offered.
Performance in this role is clearly defined by specific key performance indicators, including conducting a minimum of four events per month, generating over 100 qualified leads, and facilitating 8 to 12 vehicle sales monthly directly attributable to events and partnerships. Additionally, maintaining an active pipeline of future events and partnerships ensures ongoing revenue opportunities and community engagement.
Southern 441 Toyota is committed to employee development, offering ongoing training, competitive base pay supplemented by performance-based incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance.
