Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in customer service or call center environments
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- ability to use Salesforce and MS Office applications
- willingness to work in a hybrid work environment
- ability to engage warmly and professionally with diverse individuals
- bilingual skills in Spanish and English preferred

Job Duties
- Talk with prospective attendees and create positive personal experiences as you guide them through registering for events
- Share event details to build interest and confidence ensuring a smooth RSVP process
- Enter and update attendee information in Salesforce for accurate follow-up
- Collaborate with the Advertised Community Education Program team to assist with pre-event coordination
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining high attention to detail
- Maintain warm, professional communication to engage and energize potential attendees
- Support event success through organized and timely information management
