Job Description
Core Spaces (Core) is a dynamic and innovative real estate investment manager specializing in student housing and build-to-rent (BTR) residential sectors. Since its founding in 2010, Core has distinguished itself as more than just a real estate company—it is a people-centric organization committed to building meaningful relationships and reimagining the future of living spaces. The company's portfolio features world-class amenities, progressive design, and hospitality-driven service, encompassing over 59,000 student housing beds and more than 3,000 BTR homes in development or currently leasing across high-growth metros nationwide. Core's integrated approach involves acquiring, developing, and managing assets with a keen focus on enhancing the resident experience through innovative solutions and collaborative culture.
Core’s culture is grounded in six core values that drive everything the company does: PUSH (Invent Better Places to Live), GRIT (We Got This), LIFT (Help Each Other Win), SHINE (Bring Your Full Self), UPHOLD (Never Break Trust), and GROW (Always Get Better). These values foster a work environment where collaboration, innovation, integrity, and personal growth are prioritized. With these guiding principles, Core creates spaces that not only meet but exceed resident expectations and cultivate vibrant communities.
The Community Concierge role at Core Spaces is essential in upholding the company's service standards and ensuring seamless daily operations within the leasing office. This role involves leading prospect tours, coordinating follow-ups, executing marketing and resident engagement initiatives, managing overnight on-call responsibilities, and supporting the broader leasing process. The Community Concierge acts as a bridge between prospective residents, current tenants, and the property management team, ensuring that all interactions promote satisfaction, trust, and a sense of community.
This position requires a proactive, flexible individual able to work additional hours including nights, weekends, and overtime when necessary. Responsibilities include planning and hosting resident events, creating marketing content utilizing tools such as Canva, maintaining brand standards, and fostering community partnerships. The Community Concierge also plays a role in social media engagement by curating and posting content as directed by the Community Manager. Physical demands of the role include regular lifting of up to 50 pounds, maintaining balance on a variety of surfaces, and attending outdoor marketing events. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, integrity, adaptability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite. This role is instrumental in delivering Core Spaces' promise of exceptional living experiences and sustaining the vibrant community culture for which Core is known.
