Job Description
Core Spaces (Core) is a leading real estate investment manager that goes beyond traditional property development by focusing on creating vibrant communities and meaningful relationships. Founded in 2010, Core is a vertically integrated company specializing in the acquisition, development, and management of residential properties within the student housing and build-to-rent (BTR) markets. With its portfolio comprising over 74,440 student housing beds and more than 3,000 BTR homes under development or management, Core is pioneering a new standard in residential living that integrates progressive design, resort-caliber amenities, and hospitality-driven service to enhance the resident experience. The company's success stems from its strong cultural values encapsulated in the six pillars: PUSH (Invent Better Places to Live), GRIT (We Got This), LIFT (Help Each Other Win), SHINE (Bring Your Full Self), UPHOLD (Never Break Trust), and GROW (Always Get Better). These values foster a workplace culture of collaboration, innovation, and integrity, driving all aspects of Core's operations and shaping the future of how people live. Core Spaces is committed to providing a sense of belonging and voice to each employee, supported by competitive compensation and generous paid time off to promote work-life balance. They also offer comprehensive support programs such as Employee Assistance Programs and retirement plans including 401(k) with matching and Roth options.
