Job Description

Core Spaces (Core) is a dynamic real estate investment manager that goes beyond traditional realty by fostering a people-first philosophy where relationship-building is just as vital as constructing innovative properties. Established in 2010, Core stands out in the real estate sector by integrating acquisition, development, and management operations within student housing and build-to-rent (BTR) markets. Over the years, Core has cultivated a culture driven by six fundamental values: PUSH (Invent Better Places to Live), GRIT (We Got This), LIFT (Help Each Other Win), SHINE (Bring Your Full Self), UPHOLD (Never Break Trust), and GROW (Always Get Better). These principles emphasize collaboration, innovation, integrity, and personal growth, empowering employees to contribute meaningfully to redefining residential living spaces.

Core's portfolio is impressive and rapidly expanding, comprising over 74,440 beds within student housing properties they currently own or manage, alongside a robust development pipeline spanning more than 53,860 beds. Additionally, their BTR division has more than 3,000 homes across high-growth metropolitan areas nationwide either under development or actively leasing. The communities developed by Core boast world-class amenities, cutting-edge design, and hospitality-driven services that enhance the resident experience and create vibrant living environments. The Core team embodies a blend of risk takers and visionaries all focused on pushing the boundaries of how people live, demonstrating an ongoing commitment to excellence across all facets of property management and development.

The Community Concierge position is a vital on-site role that ensures the smooth daily operations of the leasing office while enhancing resident satisfaction and engagement. This role demands a proactive, detail-oriented individual capable of conducting property tours, managing follow-ups with prospective residents, and leading marketing and resident retention initiatives. The Community Concierge not only supports the leasing team but also spearheads internal and external outreach, plans marketing campaigns, curates social media content, and organizes resident events that foster a strong community spirit. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, with the expectation of working a minimum of 15 hours weekly, including full shifts of at least 3 hours, and availability for evenings, weekends, and occasional overtime during peak periods such as move-ins and move-outs.

The position also involves on-call duties, ensuring the community is adequately supported during off-hours. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, a high degree of integrity, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with marketing platforms like Canva and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite enhance the candidate's ability to produce compelling marketing materials and maintain brand standards. This opportunity offers a chance to join an organization dedicated to professional growth, diversity, and creating an inclusive workplace where every employee’s voice is valued. Through generous paid time off, competitive compensation, and comprehensive benefits such as an Employee Assistance Program and retirement savings options, Core supports its employees’ well-being and success as they contribute to reinventing the future of living.
