The Community Concierge plays a pivotal role at Core Spaces by being the frontline in ensuring an exceptional resident experience and seamless operation within the leasing office. This part-time role requires the ability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week with flexible scheduling that may include evenings, weekends, and overtime during high-demand periods. The Community Concierge’s responsibilities are centered around delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining brand standards, and engaging both prospective and current residents. From conducting tours, managing follow-ups with potential residents, to spearheading marketing initiatives and social media content creation, the role blends a mix of administrative tasks and community engagement. In addition to day-to-day leasing duties, the Community Concierge is entrusted with marketing the community through creative campaigns, resident events, and partnership opportunities.
