Job Description
Core Spaces (Core) is a forward-thinking real estate investment manager focusing on creating innovative living spaces that enhance community and resident experiences. Established in 2010, Core specializes in student housing and build-to-rent (BTR) sectors, managing and developing a vast portfolio featuring world-class amenities, contemporary design, and hospitality-driven services throughout high-growth metropolitan areas. Core's commitment to its cultural values—Push, Grit, Lift, Shine, Uphold, and Grow—fosters a collaborative and dynamic work environment aimed at improving the way people live. This culture of innovation and continuous improvement drives Core's mission to invent the future of living through meaningful relationships and high-quality properties.
The Community Concierge plays a pivotal role at Core Spaces by being the frontline in ensuring an exceptional resident experience and seamless operation within the leasing office. This part-time role requires the ability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week with flexible scheduling that may include evenings, weekends, and overtime during high-demand periods. The Community Concierge’s responsibilities are centered around delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining brand standards, and engaging both prospective and current residents. From conducting tours, managing follow-ups with potential residents, to spearheading marketing initiatives and social media content creation, the role blends a mix of administrative tasks and community engagement. This position demands excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to fostering community engagement and resident retention.
In addition to day-to-day leasing duties, the Community Concierge is entrusted with marketing the community through creative campaigns, resident events, and partnership opportunities. Utilizing tools like Canva for marketing materials and maintaining brand consistency, the Concierge enhances Core's community presence and visibility. The role includes evening and overnight on-call responsibilities to address any urgent matters, reflecting the importance of dependable and responsive service. This position not only supports the operational success of the property but also acts as an ambassador of Core Spaces values, ensuring residents enjoy a supportive and vibrant community.
For candidates seeking a rewarding opportunity in a culturally rich and mission-driven company, the Community Concierge role offers a chance to make a meaningful impact within a supportive, inclusive environment. Core Spaces honors diversity and equity, fostering a space where all employees can bring their whole selves to work and thrive. If you are an enthusiastic, organized, and community-minded professional, this role represents an excellent platform for growth while being part of a company that truly cares about its people and the communities it builds.
