Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalency (GED)
- at least 1 year of experience in a related customer service environment preferred
- proficiency in administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite
- ability to walk the property and manage packages and deliveries
- excellent communication skills
- strong problem-solving and follow-through abilities
- ability to maintain composure under pressure
Job Qualifications

- minimum one year of related experience in hotel, retail, or restaurant industry preferred
- proficiency with administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite
- strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Job Duties
- monitor foot traffic at the front desk
- provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects
- implement programs to improve resident satisfaction
- serve as a point of contact for assistance, information, and recommendations
- collaborate with leasing and maintenance teams to enhance move-in and move-out processes
- manage phone calls, messages, and resident packages efficiently
- maintain organization and escalate issues to appropriate departments
