Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalency (GED)
  • at least 1 year of experience in a related customer service environment preferred
  • proficiency in administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • ability to walk the property and manage packages and deliveries
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong problem-solving and follow-through abilities
  • ability to maintain composure under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalency (GED)
  • minimum one year of related experience in hotel, retail, or restaurant industry preferred
  • proficiency with administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • patience and composure in handling difficult situations
  • strong organizational skills

Job Duties

  • monitor foot traffic at the front desk
  • provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects
  • implement programs to improve resident satisfaction
  • serve as a point of contact for assistance, information, and recommendations
  • collaborate with leasing and maintenance teams to enhance move-in and move-out processes
  • manage phone calls, messages, and resident packages efficiently
  • maintain organization and escalate issues to appropriate departments
