Job Description

Core Spaces (Core) is a pioneering real estate investment manager dedicated to redefining modern living spaces within the student housing and build-to-rent (BTR) sectors. Established in 2010, Core is much more than a traditional real estate company; it embodies a culture centered around people, innovation, and community. With a portfolio spanning over 59,000 student housing beds and growing, alongside 3,000-plus BTR homes in development or leasing phases, Core has established itself as a leader in providing world-class amenities, progressive design, and hospitality-driven service. Core Spaces fosters a vibrant and inclusive work environment guided by six core cultural values that emphasize collaboration, trust, continuous growth, integrity, and authenticity. These values - PUSH (Invent Better Places to Live), GRIT (We Got This), LIFT (Help Each Other Win), SHINE (Bring Your Full Self), UPHOLD (Never Break Trust), and GROW (Always Get Better) - are deeply embedded in every aspect of the company's operations and are reflected in the resident experience they deliver.

The Community Concierge role at Core Spaces is a vital on-site position that serves as the frontline representative for resident engagement and community operations within the leasing office of the property. This role is essential for maintaining smooth daily activities, conducting prospect tours, managing follow-ups, spearheading marketing initiatives, and supporting resident retention programs. The Community Concierge is responsible not only for administrative and clerical duties but also for facilitating the overall community atmosphere through ongoing outreach, event support, and brand advocacy. This position requires an individual who is adaptable, proactive, and passionate about creating exceptional living experiences that align with Core's mission to invent the future of living.

The role calls for a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week, working a minimum of 3-hour shifts on-site. Flexibility is crucial, as the position may require working evenings, weekends, and overtime. Responsibilities extend to assisting with move-ins and move-outs outside regular hours and being available for overnight on-call duties. The Community Concierge also plays a key role in marketing efforts, including curating and posting social media content, creating marketing materials, and establishing community partnerships. This multi-faceted role is designed for individuals eager to contribute meaningfully to community life and resident satisfaction, while gaining valuable experience in property management and real estate marketing. By joining Core Spaces, team members become part of a mission-driven company that values their perspectives, offers competitive compensation, and supports professional growth in a dynamic, people-focused environment.
