Job Description

Core Spaces (Core) is a pioneering real estate investment manager established in 2010, specializing in student housing and build-to-rent (BTR) sectors. Core is distinguished not just as a real estate company but as a people-first organization, emphasizing relationship-building alongside property development. Their mission focuses on inventing the future of living by creating spaces and services that redefine how people live. Core’s culture is deeply rooted in six core values that guide every action: PUSH (Invent Better Places to Live), GRIT (We Got This), LIFT (Help Each Other Win), SHINE (Bring Your Full Self), UPHOLD (Never Break Trust), and GROW (Always Get Better). These principles create a collaborative and innovative environment dedicated to continuously improving the resident experience.

Core’s portfolio includes over 59,000 student housing beds owned or managed, with an additional pipeline of over 50,930 beds in development. In addition, their BTR division is actively developing, leasing, and planning over 3,000 homes across high-growth metropolitan areas nationwide. This strategic growth reflects Core’s commitment to delivering world-class amenities, progressive design, and hospitality-driven service in its communities. The company fosters a culture of inclusivity, ensuring a sense of belonging while providing competitive pay, generous paid time off, employee assistance programs, and retirement options including 401(k) matching and Roth account options.

Key responsibilities include managing community marketing events, social media content creation using tools like Canva, fostering partnerships within the community, and supporting outbound leasing efforts. This position demands a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate independently while contributing positively to the community’s culture and Core’s mission of enhancing the residential living experience.
