Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience working effectively in organizational teams or groups
- Ability to maintain the highest level of integrity and respect towards others and company principles
- Ability to work at least 15 hours per week with shifts of minimum 3 hours
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and overtime
- Capability to assist with move-ins move-outs and property maintenance outside regular hours
- Ability to conduct community tours and follow up with prospects
- Skills to plan and execute marketing and resident event initiatives
- Competence in social media content creation and posting
- Willingness to perform evening and overnight on-call duties
- Customer service orientation and effective communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Google Suite and Canva
- Physical ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds regularly and perform repetitive motions
- Ability to work in both indoor office settings and outdoors for community events
- Valid transportation to client locations
- Clear vision and manual dexterity
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or comparable degree
- Proven ability to lead and contribute effectively within various organizational settings or groups

Job Duties
- Ensure availability to work a minimum of 15 hours each week as determined by the Community Manager
- Commit to working full shifts consisting of a minimum of 3 hours per shift on-site
- Be flexible to work additional hours including evenings weekends and overtime as needed
- Assist with move-outs turn and move-ins beyond normal part-time hours
- Complete all prospect tours of the community
- Follow up with assigned prospects in a timely manner
- Plan implement and perform marketing duties and resident events
- Maintain Lifestyle by Core brand standards across the community
- Assist in securing partnership opportunities for the community
- Curate content for social media and marketing materials
- Post to social media as directed by the Community Manager
- Create marketing materials using Canva
- Perform evening and/or overnight on-call and round duties
- Present to student organizations and attend sponsored events on behalf of the community
- Assist in outbound marketing and leasing activities as needed
- Complete special projects as assigned by the Community Manager
- Ensure compliance with all Core Spaces Policies and Procedures
- Ensure product presentation always meets brand and company standards
