The role of Community Associate is based at the IWG center located at 525 Woodland Square Blvd, 2nd Floor, Conroe, Texas, United States. This is a full-time, permanent on-site position where the associate will be responsible for creating and nurturing an inclusive community within the workspace. The Community Associate acts as the first point of contact for members, ensuring their administrative and support needs are met to facilitate seamless business operations. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day center activities, assisting customers with various requests—such as IT support, meeting room setup, and mail handling—and promoting community engagement through event organization and communication. The role requires excellent multitasking abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Job Duties

  • manage center opening and closing procedures
  • assist customers with WiFi, printing, and meeting room setup
  • handle mail sorting and package notifications
  • coordinate and promote community events
  • respond to customer inquiries and requests promptly
  • ensure accurate invoicing and service charges
  • liaise with maintenance and service teams for facility issues
