The position of Common Area Attendant at Glenaire is integral to maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall pleasantness of the community’s shared spaces. Working in this position involves routine and special cleaning tasks, proactive inventory management, and close communication with the Environmental Services leadership team to address maintenance needs. A successful candidate must have knowledge of infection control standards, OSHA regulations, hazardous chemical handling, and waste management to contribute effectively to meeting health department inspection requirements. This role is responsible for following safety protocols meticulously and ensuring that the Environmental Services Department consistently meets all cleanliness and safety policies.
