Job Duties
- assemble, operate, disassemble, clean, and inspect food processing equipment
- follow standardized procedures to cook and package food products
- accurately weigh ingredients using batch formulas and scales
- pack finished products into pouches and cases
- stack and stage finished goods for shipment
- set up boxes and prepare materials for production runs
- maintain a clean and organized production environment
- perform general housekeeping and sanitation duties
- follow all food safety and employee safety procedures at all times
