Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of kitchen or manufacturing experience
- 1+ years of team management experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Stand for extended periods
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Docs
- ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Preferred fluency in Spanish
- Strong attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of kitchen or manufacturing experience required
- 1+ years of experience managing a team
- Bachelor’s degree with an operations focus, or kitchen/manufacturing leadership experience
- Heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.) and standing for long periods of time
- Excel and Google Docs experience required
- ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification required (can be obtained after starting)
- Must have strong interpersonal skills
- Spanish and English fluency preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Demonstrate attention to detail
Job Duties
- Supervise and mentor hourly production employees
- Evaluate and refine manufacturing processes to ensure maximum efficiency and quality control
- Oversee and manage distribution logistics
- Liaise with the heads of 13+ bars
- Inspect products prior to shipment
- Enforce and refine safety procedures
- Create and oversee good manufacturing processes (GMPs), and employee training
- Manage, create, and enforce employee schedules
- Generate purchasing and sales reports for accounting
- Maintain kitchen equipment, independently contact service experts as needed
