Job Requirements

2 years of formal post-high school education
3-5 years of experience in moderately high volume and/or multi-unit food and beverage or merchandise operations or related management experience
high level of computer literacy including expertise in Excel, Outlook and Word
knowledge of product, service, quality, equipment and operations standards
ability to interact with all levels of associates including executive team, union representatives, branded partners and diverse group of hourly associates
ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents
ability to perform basic keyboarding or other repetitive motions
ability to lift and/or move up to 20 lbs
may require operation of heavy equipment
