As a Commissary Manager III, you will be entrusted with managing purchasing, food production and storage, and controlling food and labor costs to maximize profitability. You will lead a team responsible for ensuring that all food products meet strict quality standards, recipe adherence, and portion control in compliance with food safety regulations. This is an exempt, full-time position, where you will directly report to the General Manager. Your leadership will be instrumental in coordinating daily delivery of food and goods to various units, training associates in equipment and food safety, and resolving complex operational challenges. The role demands strong vendor management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diversified teams including executive leadership, union representatives, branded partners, and hourly associates.
