Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years post-high school education
  • 3-5 years of restaurant or foodservice management experience with P&L responsibility
  • Experience with multi-restaurant foodservice purchasing
  • Culinary production background preferred
  • High computer literacy including MS Office
  • Ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years post-high school education
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3-5 years experience in restaurant or foodservice management with direct profit and loss responsibility
  • Experience in multi-restaurant foodservice purchasing
  • Culinary production background preferred
  • High proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal skills for interaction with executives, union representatives, and team members
  • Analytical skills for conducting gap analysis and driving improvements

Job Duties

  • Manage all commissary activities including purchasing, high-volume food production, delivery logistics, and storage
  • Ensure food quality and standards in compliance with company, restaurant partner, and food safety regulations
  • Optimize food and labor costs to maximize profitability
  • Oversee accurate and timely delivery of production items and ingredients to multiple airport restaurants
  • Coordinate with vendors to meet company and partner specifications and manage service contractors
  • Handle inventory, scheduling, and adherence to health and food safety regulations
  • Resolve routine operational issues and escalate complex problems to higher management
