Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years post-high school education
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in restaurant or food service management
  • Experience with direct P&L responsibility
  • Experience in multi-restaurant foodservice purchasing
  • Culinary production background preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to interact at all levels of staff
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years post-high school education, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3-5 years management experience in restaurant or food service with P&L responsibility
  • Multi-restaurant foodservice purchasing experience
  • Culinary production background preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with executives, union representatives and hourly staff
  • Analytical skills to conduct gap analysis and improve operations

Job Duties

  • Manage all commissary activities including purchasing, food production, delivery logistics, and storage
  • Ensure food quality and compliance with company and food safety standards
  • Optimize food and labor costs to maximize profitability
  • Oversee accurate and timely delivery to airport restaurants
  • Liaise with vendors to meet purchasing and service requirements
  • Handle inventory, scheduling, and health regulation adherence
  • Resolve routine problems and escalate complex issues
