Operating within high-volume environments, the company is devoted to scratch cooking, fresh ingredients, and an elevated dining experience that balances efficiency with outstanding food quality.

We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Commissary Chef to join our team. This role is integral to our success, combining leadership with hands-on culinary expertise in a fast-paced commissary kitchen environment. As the Commissary Chef, you will oversee daily production activities across multiple sites, ensuring that each dish meets our rigorous standards for quality, presentation, and taste. You will lead a dynamic team of culinary professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and precision in large-scale food production. Your responsibilities include managing production schedules, scaling recipes that align with our chef-driven scratch cooking philosophy, and maintaining strict adherence to food safety and regulatory compliance. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by shaping menu quality and supporting seamless execution in multiple culinary locations.

The position demands exceptional organizational skills, a solutions-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining impeccable standards. The ideal candidate is someone who values collaboration, operational excellence, and the craft of cooking on a large scale. We offer a competitive salary that is fair and equitable, tailored to your education, experience, and skills, along with a comprehensive benefits package provided by Sodexo. This includes medical, dental, and vision care, wellness programs, 401(k) with matching contributions, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and tuition reimbursement. Joining The Good Eating Company means becoming part of a team that values diversity, inclusion, and respect — ensuring employees feel valued, heard, and empowered to bring their best selves to work every day. This is your chance to advance your culinary career in an organization that stands for quality and innovation in the food service industry.
