Job Description
Venu Holding Corporation is an innovative hospitality company preparing to launch Roth's Sea & Steak, a premier fine dining establishment set to open in late fall 2025 in Northern Colorado Springs at North Gate. Situated within the renowned Ford Luxury Amphitheater, which boasts over 9,000 seating capacity, Roth's Sea & Steak aims to raise the bar for dining experiences by integrating exceptional culinary offerings with a breathtaking mountainous backdrop and live world-class performances. This restaurant will craft an unrivaled ambiance across two floors, featuring not only an exquisite menu with prime cuts of beef and freshly sourced seafood but also an extensive array of rare spirits, wines, and modern mixology. The top floor’s cocktail lounge, Brohan’s, further elevates the immersive experience, creating a destination that combines luxury, taste, and entertainment seamlessly.
At the core of this vision is a commitment to redefining fine dining in Colorado through "Unreasonable Hospitality," where every detail — from the warm welcome to the heartfelt farewell — is critical in making guests feel valued and cared for. Their approach includes deep local connections, partnering with Colorado’s farmers, ranchers, and artisans to source premium and sustainable ingredients. Passion, precision, and intention guide every dish, fostering unwavering culinary excellence. In this setting, hospitality becomes a dialogue — a shared experience among guests, vendors, and staff — inviting everyone to partake in a community where extraordinary dining is more about belonging than just food.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and driven Cook to join our kitchen team. This role supports the mise en place and service across all stations within our Michelin-standard kitchen, rotating responsibilities such as pastry preparation, pastry line assistance, bread making, and general back-of-house duties. It is an ideal opportunity for developing cooks who aspire to build a strong technical foundation and gain hands-on service execution experience in a high-caliber environment.
The ideal candidate is dependable and focused, with 0-2 years of professional kitchen experience. Culinary school education is preferred but not mandatory. Our kitchen values discipline, stamina, and a positive attitude coupled with eagerness to learn and grow. Precision and consistency underpin success in this role, as every detail influences the overall guest experience.
This full-time position offers competitive hourly pay, staff meals, uniform provision, and extensive benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with company matching. Mentorship opportunities abound within this Michelin-level kitchen, affording front-line staff valuable career development paths.
Working at Roth's Sea & Steak means joining a team committed to exceptional standards, local partnerships, and a deeply personal hospitality philosophy. Together, we create memorable experiences that guests cherish, fostering loyalty and establishing Roth’s as a landmark destination in Colorado’s evolving fine dining scene.
